Pre-production
Our planners and producers are the basis of every production. They are in charge of pre-production planning, live coordination, live problem solving, facilitating internal and external communication as well as taking care of the team.
During pre-production, the production team provides schedules and oversees progress internally and externally. They are the link between our clients and the rest of our team.
Crew allocation
The planning team allocates the right team members to each project and our producers further ensure coordination and an efficient flow of communication.
Live Producing
When the cameras are rolling, the production team is taking care of the rest of the crew, so they can focus on delivering the best production. From internal and external communication to problem-solving, our producers can be found running around to assist where necessary.
